Provide specialized programs along high levels qualifications which are aligned with local demands and the needs of global labor market

GOAL 2- RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT Strengthen research capability among trainers and trainees and undertake research and development projects

GOAL 3- INNOVATIONS and TECHNOLOGY

Purposively engage in innovative programs and projects and develop prototypes of technologies that cater to the needs of the communities

GOAL 4- DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL MODELS

Showcase entrepreneurship models, best practices and technology breakthroughs and innovations to ensure their sustainability and profitability

Integrate multi-sectoral convergence efforts among TESD stakeholders and deliver extension programs to the communities

Institutionalize support programs and services to enhance the performance of TESD outcomes in all campuses

Continuously improve organizational capability and institute integrity mechanisms in governance

Major Strategies

• Adopt private-public partnerships in managing and utilizing the land resources of the campus
• Attract interested organizations and institutions to develop and invest in training cum production models in agriculture
• Enter into agreements with LGUs and NGA’s on agriculture-related projects and initiatives
• Generate funding for research from donor institutions
• Expand program offerings along higher level qualifications (NC III and NC IV)
• Establish tie-ups and agreements on the development, adoption and dissemination of models of innovations and technologies
• Generate a purposive skills priorities from industries and labor market information
• Adopt and implement a purposive social marketing and advocacy strategies of programs
• Adopt a purposive capability building programs based on training needs
• Build the managerial capability of campus deans
• Institute integrity assurance mechanisms in all processes and systems
